- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible service, The first time I visited this location was last summer. I canceled my car insurance and insured my truck for the fall winter. I had a balance of over $700 that I wanted mailed to me in the form of a cheque. I recieved a notice a month later that I had a credit on my account and no cheque was being mailed. I later found out in the spring when I wanted to change my insurance back to my car that it was already insured and that it had not been canceled. I recently visited this location to enroll my daughter in driver's education and was met with negativity about me not having the correct information. A "Client Care Associate" should be positive so the customer feels good about his/her visit. No like you just left the principal's office after getting in trouble.
