Two days later... to follow up with the terrible service, not only was this employee I last dealt with ignorant, she didn't do her job completely. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was helped by two of the men working there. They know their stuff, and can explain complicated information in ways that I could better understand. It was frustrating that I wasn't able to easily switch my bank accounts that insurance is withdrawn from because my uncle owns the car I use, but they can't violate privacy laws so no point getting riled up about it.
