- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist, Sherry, was very unprofessional. She had an attitude the first time I called in and tried to upsell more than what I had asked for. I let it slide the first time, just because everyone has their own bad days. But when I phoned in later on in the week to reschedule my appointment, she was absolutely rude!!! Because of the poor customer service I've experienced, I will be finding an alternate vet for my dog. I have worked as a receptionist before and having excellent communication skills on the phone and in person is definitely key. You are the first person customers associate with and you always have to be at your best to make a good impression for the place you work for.
