- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪2 hours and 45mins for a root canal that should take a max of around 90mins, as the dentist was not present half the time. With the dental damn attached i was left alone on 2 separate instances for periods of 15-20mins while the dentist was off dealing with who knows what, and the dental assistance in another room joking around. I was left alone drooling all over myself and in extreme discomfort. After all was said and done my benefits had been maxed out after 1 visit and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. Dr Ritter is an arrogant , self-absorbed jerk who thinks he's above God. He did a terrible repair job on my tooth, after it broke from the initial repair he did not even a year later. And to top it off he complained while he was doing it. I would not recommend him to anyone. The staff there are all very nice and he seems to boss them around. The one girl today seemed scared of him. I have had problems there before but thought I would give them another chance... Never again!by erin mJune 02, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a terrible experience. Went in for a cleaning, the assistant I had was very nice and conversational, when it came time for the dentist to come in and check my teeth, a random person who was sitting at the front desk comes in and starts looking at my X-rays. I wouldn't mind if she actually introduced herself to me. She kept talking at me like I was so below her, and when the dentist came in he started looking at my X-rays and they just started talking to each other. I had to ask and clarify what was going on with my teeth like I was overhearing their conversation instead of them telling me what's going on. I was upset about the situation and the random girl that walked in the room just looked at me and wanted me to book more appointments! GOOD JOKE. I don't even know the damn ladies name that just randomly walked in or if she was an actual dentist or assistant. I am looking elsewhere for the work I have to get done. And I feel like Dr.Ritter doesn't even care about his patients or will even care about this review!by Alexis SDecember 24, 2016
