- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made a mistake in telling my partner that my coverage included dental when in fact it had not yet kicked in. She had made an appointment and upon learning she didn't have coverage the options were either pay full bill today ($300) or pay $75 for no show fee. No option for rebooking, no recognizing mistakes happen. Blows my mind they would rather have $75 right now then a continued long term client.by Danny CollicuttMarch 31, 2017
