  I came in 2 weeks prior to my renewal to pay and add a second person to my policy. I gave them all the required information as well as a credit card # to make payment. June 8th, 8 days into my apparent renewal i get a call from their office asking me to make the payment. I advised the caller that they had my information to make the payment. I then recieve a receipt in the mail dated june 8th telling me i made a payment to a different insurance company, not the one i chose to renew with! When i spoke to a representative to clarify if i actually have insurance she was very condescending and didnt care at all or apologize for their multiple mistakes. With an insurance broker on every corner needless to say but I will not be a returning customer.

  After seeing my homeowners insurance go up and up over the years, it was time for a review. Angie at Plezia Insurance was great to work with. She conducted a very thorough and comprehensive analysis which had never been done by anyone in the past. She requested quotes from 5 different companies and we picked the one that suited my needs best. It feels good to know that someone is looking after my needs and interests. I would highly recommend Plezia Insurance for anyone looking to renew their home insurance. Excellent staff and service
