- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely horrible experience. I've never been treated like this anywhere before. The woman that I talked to mixed up my model number with my vehicle color and was telling me that my bill of sale is not correct therefore not giving me a permit. She wasn't even trying to understand and take a look closer to see that She is mixing something up and she is wrong but told me to grab my stuff and leave. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give negative stars if possible. Customer service was horrendous, especially by one of the women at the front desk. Wish I could remember her name for the sole purpose of this review, but I'm glad I never have to deal with her again. This company went to the point of trashing an employee at Reider Insurance at Madison Square just to get their point across. If you're looking for my advice, I would say take that extra two or three minute drive to Reider Insurance and get all your MPI related issues handled there as they are much more helpful and non confrontational.
