- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been this clinic two time. Very great service. Doctor are nice and very knowledgeable. No waiting. Reception people are good. Clinic is new and have onsite laboratory for blood work and pharmacy. Dr Santos is good doctor. No waiting for blood work. The lab technician is very good on phlebotomy. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to this clinic multiple times and have the same experience over and over. Do not go to this clinic if you don't like the following: - LONG WAITING TIME. Regardless if you have an appointment or not, you will need to wait at least 1hour. You actually need to remind the front desk that it has already been an hour past your appointment before you can get inside the room. They even keep on bringing in patients that has arrived after me which makes me think the front desk don't have a system on who is next to be seen. - The family doctor that I had is always rushing to make me leave the room within 5mins. She doesn't inquire about my symptoms and did not even assessed me. She just gave me the same medicine I already took that I said didn't worked, plus at a lower dose. Whenever I ask her something for explanation, she eithers states it is what it is or only God knows why. It's really obvious she doesn't like taking time to explain things to patients. If you are looking for doctors and staff who are professional, have empathy and knows what they are doing, this is definitely not the clinic for you.by Crystal Gale BartolomeDecember 11, 2016
