- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Trying to talk to a real live person is impossible. When I did reach someone I was transferred to a number that disconnected after 1 ring. This is not performance. I have been trying to get hold of a Sheila Kaze for days and left messages, but have not received any return call. When I tried to speak to a supervisor, the line was disconnected.
