- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I waited for so long in the office and I had an appointment booked too. The receptionist said the physiotherapist was "finishing up with her last client". Which was a lie!!!! I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes. The physiotherapist didn't even come up to me to say, "sorry, I'm running late". She came up to me only when I walked up to the receptionist to say I didn't want to stay. The physiotherapist didn't even say anything to me!!!
