- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Better off going to the Grant Park location instead for anything remotely complicated related to MPI. Was informed I am not able to change ownership and register a vehicle with a valid safety on file, despite me explaining this is both possible and I have done this numerous times before. Was told I must provide the safety documents again, which is untrue. So I left. Went to the Kenaston location, waited an hour in line (Busy!
