- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The administration secretary kept me on hold for just over 10 minutes, when she came back on she was quite rude and kept cutting me off halfway through my questions and I said can you stop so I can speak without being cut off and she got so angry and said that a walk-in could help me and then hung up on me. I need to find another Paediatrician just due to this staff, they are so rude and I don’t like going in there because of it. Update: I brought up the issue to Doctor Hayward and he was rude about it. He didn’t even let me finish what I was going to say before he started telling me that they had one of the hardest jobs. I don’t know about that.
