  The receptionists at the front desk , are quite rude, liars who don't know how to take dental insurance information down correctly. They always made it a hassle when I would give them my dental insurance information/payments. It didn't seem like they knew how to do their job because I have 90% coverage so nothing should've been an issue! The kooky receptionist's also claim ,they tried to call me ,to inform me about my cancelled appointment. That is not true. I did give them my correct phone number and I have voicemail. So , I wasted my time ,going there for a non existent appointment. I told them right then and there I would not return. I haven't returned and I have found a dentist close by who is just as good. The receptionist's know how to do their job and don't hassle me about my dental insurance/payments. I couldn't be more pleased about my decision.

  Had a chipped tooth patched today (the patch I'd had done over 20 years ago finally let go) and it was just a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, I was seen right at my appointment time, someone even asked if I'd prefer a different channel on the TV in the room. Remarkable! Dr. Zimmer himself is very personable and professional. He worked quickly and confidently - I described his and the hygienist's teamwork as reminiscent of a NASCAR pit crew. They are just a well oiled machine! I didn't feel any pain during the procedure - Dr.Zimmer asked a number of times to ensure it wasn't an issue. I recall when I first had the work done (at a different clinic) that freezing was needed, but not this time. He even noticed an opportunity to slightly adjust the shape of one of my lower front teeth (it was particularly long and pointy) and asked if I'd mind if he went ahead just to blend it in a touch better. My smile is better than when I walked in - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr.Zimmer. The entire experience was very confidence inspiring.
