- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unbelievable! I bought apartment rental insurance a few years ago for a few hundred bucks and paid up front for the full amount. I decided to let the policy expire as we didn't want to renew. Turns out Crossroads doesn't like that. Last week I went in to see about renewing my rental policy. Because I let my policy lapse a few years ago I was told myself and my partner are BANNED FOR LIFE from EVER purchasing rental insurance at Crossroads again. Is this really a good way to treat clients? I guess I'll be taking my personal and business insurance elsewhere. I strongly recommend you do as well!
