  Wow. Just wow. Not a good wow. Took my six year old son there when they first opened. Was stuck in a waiting room packed tighter than a sardine can. The receptionist assured me they were mostly waiting for the lab. It smelled AWFUL in there. Finally got called into a room. In comes a guy who looks like he is trying to impersonate John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever (I don't know the doctor's name, nor do I care). He never looked at my face one time, barely glanced at my son, didn't listen to 99% of what I said, printed out an Rx and waltzed out. HORRIBLE is the best word to describe the experience. How can you prescribe something without using your eyes or ears?

  This place is the absolute worst! I had been going to see a doctor for a couple months. Upon each appointment I had asked for my files to be sent to my family doctor. At every visit, I'd ask the staff if it was done and they would say no. I asked again and they got me to fill out a consent form. I gave them a call to see if they had sent my stuff yet and they informed me they had me a family dr there and that my dr had sent everything. Super frustrating that no one seems to care/understand what you're asking for! After this I had to call my dr and explain and at that point became so frustrated that they couldn't do their job properly I went to my dr to have them request the information themself. I asked them then if they could remove my files and the lady said sure only to find out that's not even possible! They literally fly by the seat of their pants - so unprofessional.
