  I new doctor Panaskevich more than 13 years, very nice doctor,all time when I visited doctor I had very good treatment, Doctor just human, and has good days and bad days, But she always tried to help.Be nice guys you are not in supermarket

  Went there for blood work. Noticed the lady had rubber gloves on already. I figured ok, she put them on right before I came in. Then I noticed she used the pen and wrote with themy on and Opened a drawer. I figured that's ok I guess. Then she proceeded to do my blood work with the same gloves on, I figured they were then for her safety and not mine. She rubbed the spot where to poke the needled with alcohol, made me feel that I'm ok with her wearing the gloves for this period of time. It was after she rubbed my arm with the alcohol swab, she pressed with her gloved finger on the spot she poked with the needle. I was shocked. Also needed to do a urine test, yep she passed me the urine bottle with the same gloves on. Opened the door to let me out of the room with the same gloves on, and collected the sample with I presume the same gloves as they had the same rolled up spot on her wrist. I left the room, she had the same gloves on guessing for the next patient. I called there and the lady answered the phone and said, O. O that was it. So calling mb health today.

  Constructive reviews only it says on their Web page... ya right.. Well I called there a week ago and asked to see a doctor. They told me there would be a walk in doctor there the following Tuesday and I could have an appointment at 5:30. Tuesday comes around and after being struck in the head with a 12 foot piece of pipe to add to my health problems, I make my way down for my appointment. I get there only to find out the door is locked. So I knocked cause I see people inside. The lady approache's the door, she keeps asking me which doctor I'm suppose to see (through the locked door I might add as I freeze outside) I tell her "I don't know, I'm just suppose to have an appointment at 5:30." She says there are no walk in doctors. I point to the sign on the door stating "walk in from 5-7" she's shaking her head and telling me there is no walk-in doctor there. Bottom line, maybe next time ask for my phone number when booking an appointment if you have walk-in doctors bailing out on you. They wasted my time to drive there and the time it took me to drive back to St James because Quick care on MacGregor was also not accepting anymore patients for the day. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional and if you work here you should be embarrassed.
